A Gelish Experience

A few months ago I had the opportunity to try gel polish finally. 

I said I would use it as a chance to see what its like, how its applied, wear it to test its true durability and of course get my nails looking all nice and sexy which would have been a while!

Unfortunately I have no pics (what was I thinking?).

However the experience was just what it's cracked up to be!  I chose a lovely dark blue by Gelish and the colour did last me more than 2 weeks!   The only issue was that I had cracks but this was because I had two nails that began to break (my nails have become very thin and soft).

In all my experience was an excellent one and its definitely a system I am willing to purchase and offer gel polish to clients.

Just So You Know

I haven't blogged in over a year! Honestly I thought I'd be able to handle having a baby and do all the other things I was accustomed to or now getting the hang of boy was I WRONG!!

At one point I had decided that I'm done with this nail journey and it was time to move on.  With my passion reignited and a desire to continue on my quest to be the best damn nail professional here in Barbados I've put some stuff in place.

I've started posting weekly tips on my facebook page pursuing new and old clients, reading up on networking and I've decided to get back to blogging I'm gonna try my best to post as regularly as I can.  This time hopefully I can implement some of the things I wanted to previously and I might just have to random post about other things going on in my life.

Enough talking back to my mommy/manicurist world.
